We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead a high-performing Sales Development Team, exceed pipeline goals, and prepare SDRs to become top Corporate Account Executives in the region. Support our team culture by working in the Denver office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday). You must live within commuting distance of the office. YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU : Have 2+ years of leadership experience in high-growth tech companies, leading pipeline generation and sales teams (preferred) Are passionate about recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent Feel ownership, accountability, pride, and passion for your work Can build a strategy and execute tactically daily Are collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable with cross-functional teams Are data-driven, analytical, influential, and structured in thinking Understand revenue models, sales development, value selling, and leadership development WHAT YOU'LL DO : Manage a team of 8+ SDRs who consistently meet goals and develop into future AEs and managers Drive Snowflake's pipeline goals by analyzing metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue impact Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing on campaigns and events to meet pipeline targets and improve efficiency Attract, hire, develop, and retain top SDR talent Coach SDRs to become high-performing Corporate Account Executives Lead with inspiration and service leadership, embodying Snowflake values All employees must adhere to confidentiality and data security standards to protect customer information. The expected compensation range is: Total on-target earnings of $166,500 - $185,000, with a base salary of $116,550 - $129,500 Participation in Snowflake's equity plan Starting salary depends on skills, experience, and location.
