Join our growing team as a Part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B Creative Services at OneHum . In this remote role (Atlanta-area preferred), you will generate new business opportunities across multiple industries. This position is ideal for a motivated cold caller who enjoys building connections with decision-makers. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to B2B contacts, mainly in Marketing, HR, and Safety Departments. Identify leads using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. Navigate gatekeepers and schedule discovery meetings with qualified decision-makers. Manage scheduling and activity tracking in Pipedrive CRM. Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and meet monthly targets. Qualifications At least 2 years of B2B sales or SDR experience, including cold calling. Experience engaging with marketing and HR professionals. Proficiency with ZoomInfo, Apollo, and modern CRM tools. Located in the United States, preferably in Atlanta, GA. Availability during U.S. business hours. Self-driven with strong communication skills. Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate: $20.00–$30.00/hour, with performance bonuses. Remote, flexible hours (10–15 hours/week) during business hours. Opportunity to grow based on success.
