A fast-growing compliance technology platform is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative based in New York City to own outbound execution, pipeline acceleration, and meeting generation. The platform automates state and federal filings for professional service firms and enables clients to streamline compliance operations and generate recurring revenue.
The role is designed for a highly experienced outbound operator who can execute immediately using existing systems, without structured training or ramp time.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume outbound sales, strong CRM discipline, and a proven ability to generate qualified meetings through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting using Apollo (calls, email sequences, data sourcing)
- Run daily call blocks targeting warm leads and active pipeline opportunities
- Audit and work all deals in HubSpot to move prospects toward demos or contracts
- Execute multi‑channel follow‑ups across call, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate qualified meetings with decision‑makers across target industries
- Maintain strict CRM hygiene with all activity logged, notes captured, and next steps defined
- Re‑engage stalled opportunities and revive inactive pipeline
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR/BDR roles)
- Proven track record of hitting call volume and meeting booking targets
- Experience using Apollo, HubSpot, or similar outbound and CRM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Experience managing both cold outreach and warm pipeline follow‑up

- Based in New York City and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Experienced outbound operator who does not require training or ramp time
- Comfortable executing 50+ calls per day consistently
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline and follow‑through
- Able to manage daily activity, pipeline, and follow‑ups without supervision
- Focused on output and performance metrics, not just activity
- Experience selling into professional services (CPA, legal, financial) is a plus
Performance Expectations
- 50+ outbound calls per day
- 100+ emails per day (combined sequences and manual follow‑ups)
- Daily LinkedIn outreach and engagement
- 3–5 qualified meetings booked per week, scaling to 8–10 within 60–90 days
- 100% of activity logged and tracked in HubSpot
Compensation Structure
- Hourly: $30/hour
