The Role Were looking for a driven and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our sponsor lineup by setting qualified meetings for our sales team. Youll play a vital role in building relationships with prospective sponsors, coordinating outreach campaigns, and ensuring post-event engagement.
This position is ideal for goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building connections, and know how to leverage an omnichannel approach to kickstart conversations!
Key Responsibilities Drive outreach to secure meetings with prospective sponsors before, during, and after events.
Research, identify and target potential sponsors for SubSummit
Manage outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) for sponsor lead generation.
Support sponsorship sales follow-up by organizing and maintaining lead data post-event.
Cold call prospects
Maintain accurate records of activities, meetings, and metrics in sales tracking tools.
Periodically evaluate company lists for event fit and assist with data cleanup projects.
What Were Looking For 13 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development (event or sponsorship sales experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Hubspot experience isnt required but a huge plus)
Motivated by meeting goals and contributing to team success.
