Your Mission As a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will proactively play a critical role in Making People Safer, Healthier, and More Productive - selling the products that help healthcare professionals deliver accurate results and save lives. The ideal candidate is an organized and tech-savvy self-starter with a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What You’ll Do - This role supports top-of-funnel growth and pipeline development across the U.S. laboratory diagnostics market, instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking discovery meetings to support our outside sales organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification Proactively identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and campaigns Follow up on inbound leads from marketing programs and web inquiries Book discovery and qualification meetings for field sales representatives CRM Management & Campaign Execution Ensure accurate lead, account, and opportunity data hygiene in Salesforce Support the execution of lead nurturing campaigns in coordination with marketing and sales teams Track and report activity metrics including calls, emails, and meetings scheduled Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion Partner with Account Managers and Distributors to route qualified leads and track sales follow-through Contribute feedback from market conversations to help improve messaging and targeting Customer Engagement Engage with lab managers, biomedical engineers, purchasing contacts, and other stakeholders in the clinical lab market Communicate Drucker Diagnostics’ value proposition in a clear, concise, and professional manner What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation Prior experience in laboratory diagnostics or healthcare preferred Alternate education and experience will be considered based on the individual Technical Skills Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools a plus Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and collaboration tools Core Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proactive and driven to meet or exceed performance goals Comfortable with outbound outreach and a fast-paced environment Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about the healthcare diagnostics space Supervisory Responsibilities None Why Join Us?
