The Role

This is an entry-level, outbound-focused sales position where youll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for our agency. As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to prospect, cold call, and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives.

You wont be closing deals (yet), but youll be the first point of contact the voice and energy that opens the door to future client relationships. For top performers, this role offers fast-track growth opportunities into Account Executive and management roles.

Responsibilities Cold call local business owners (home services niche) to introduce Grandir and schedule appointments Manage and update CRM (Close.com) with lead activity, follow-ups, and notes Research and identify ideal prospects using provided tools and resources Handle objections, refine outreach strategies, and consistently hit KPIs Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and outreach workflows Participate in daily training and coaching to sharpen your sales skills

What Were Looking For Strong work ethic and comfort with high call volume Coachable and eager to learn sales fundamentals Clear communicator who can build rapport quickly Positive attitude and resilience to rejection Prior sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required
