About the Company : Our client is a top provider of services for document scanning conversion and data capture. About the Role : The Sales Development Representative is responsible for delivering excellent client service by promoting the company's document management solutions. They are tasked with identifying new businesses in their assigned territory/market and meeting sales targets and objectives.
Responsibilities : Represent various well-known brands in Document Management and workflow automation, as well as scanning/conversion services.
Present a comprehensive range of paperless office technology and scanning solutions.
Have a thorough understanding of the company's services.
Listen actively and understand clients' business requirements.
Initiate contact with current and potential clients to discover new business opportunities.
Conduct introductory calls and discovery meetings to address business challenges.
Create and deliver customized presentations to clients using various platforms.
Achieve sales targets set to meet goals and objectives.
Analyze the potential of the assigned territory/market.
Provide regular updates on activities and results to the manager.
Communicate with leaders about customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and services.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at the executive level. Qualifications : Minimum of five years of B2B Sales experience.
3-5 years of B2B sales in scanning/conversion services and the Document Management industry.
Experience with automation platforms is a plus.
Highly motivated and results-driven with a successful sales track record.
Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to assess projects and work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Knowledge of Document Processing, including imaging, indexing, and electronic hosting.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
College degree or relevant B2B sales experience in conversion services and/or ECM software preferred for Healthcare, SLED, Enterprise, and Federal sectors.
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM.
May require some local travel for client meetings. OTE $K +
