Sales Development Representative

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales for the Reclaimed Cleaning Textiles, LLC, division of RTCM, USA, the Sales Development representative will focus on making the world a better place by continuing our legacy of keeping textiles out of landfills. This person will focus on generating new business opportunities for our industrial cleaning supplies business through relationship building and creative problem-solving skills. Sales Representative Job Duties: Work with leads to create new account opportunities Identify and qualify customers by conducting a comprehensive needs analysis and solution match for prospective buyers Work with existing customers to identify business expansion opportunities Manage and update lead list and account database Connect with decision-makers and build a strong relationship as a trusted resource Address prospect and customer questions or concerns to support smart decision making Collaborate with the current sales team to create new customer opportunities Sales Development Representative Skills: Initiative: A self-starter who is able to effectively manage time and priorities. A confident and strong self-assurance to succeed in creating new relationships and understanding customer needs in order to find solutions to their challenges. Critical thinking: An ability to make logical judgments based on their own experience and research. This skill includes learning to effectively solve complicated problems with confidence and is a good way to enhance one's credibility with prospective customers. Results Oriented: Communicating with company executives and other employees should be done clearly, respectfully, and concisely. The ideal candidate uses their communication skills to present concepts like income reporting and budgeting to non-accounting clerks in terms that they can understand without appearing arrogant or unlikeable. Communication: The ability to capture attention and influence others through verbal and written communications. The ideal candidate can convey product benefits and our unique value proposition in a way that builds strong partnerships. Qualifications: Three years of sales experience Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, ACT database, and Quickbooks Online a plus Excellent professional, organizational, oral, and written communication skills Possess a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn Degree or equivalent work/education experience, desired Position is on-site at an office/warehouse setting in Dallas, Texas Compensation: RTCM offers a variety of benefits and a base salary plus commission (range $55,000-$75,000+ annually)
