Total Compensation Examples of Potential Earnings: Low Performer: base + incentives = $50k Average Performer: base + incentives = $75k High Performer: base + incentives = $100k+ Compensation: $36,000 Base Annually + Bonuses Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls to business owners and key decision-makers Introducing our services clearly and confidently Setting up 15-minute discovery calls for senior sales reps Logging activity and managing follow-ups in HubSpot CRM (we’ll train you) Learning how to navigate objections, refine your pitch, and improve every week Taking initiative to help us reach more people, faster Qualifications: What You’ll Need to Succeed No prior sales experience required — just the right mindset Strong communicator, fast learner, and comfortable on the phone Competitive and persistent — you don’t shy away from challenges Organized and self-motivated — you take responsibility seriously Coachable — you seek feedback and want to get better A can-do, positive attitude — always ready to problem-solve and move forward
