What do we look for? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic global sales team. You’ll bring high energy, a proactive approach, and a passion for driving new business opportunities in the recruitment services industry.

The team Carv.com was founded by an experienced team that previously built and exited a disruptive recruitment technology company. After witnessing firsthand how AI could transform the recruitment landscape, the initial idea for Carv was born.
You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise who are passionate about building a product that will soon be used by millions of users. Our culture is rooted in innovation, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering value to customers while driving business growth.
What will you be doing? Prospecting & outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
Lead qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs, qualify leads, and determine fit before passing them to Account Executives.
Market research: Stay informed about trends in the recruitment services and SaaS industries to identify opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
Collaboration with sales & marketing: Work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
CRM management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
