The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in fueling top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You'll identify and engage potential customers, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Identify leads aligned with our client's Ideal Customer Profile
Respond to inbound leads from campaigns, events, and web traffic
Communicate our client's value proposition effectively
Lead Qualification Assess prospect needs and fit using frameworks like BANT and MEDDIC
Qualify opportunities and book meetings with sales-ready leads
Transition leads smoothly to Account Executives
CRM & Collaboration Maintain accurate lead and activity records in HubSpot
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach quality and targeting
What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 2 years in a Sales Development or similar role (preferably in SaaS or B2B software)
Confidence and enthusiasm in outbound outreach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with HubSpot and lead qualification methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC)
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
