About Us A fast-growing SaaS company in the document management space is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the launch of a new product. This is a high-impact role focused on outbound outreach to automotive dealerships, scheduling demos with key decision-makers, and contributing to the success of a new solution. Responsibilities Conduct warm and cold calls to dealership contacts nationwide. Schedule a minimum of 20 product demos per month with dealership controllers. Maintain a 50% or higher demo retention rate. Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Accurately log activity and progress in CRM systems. Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications and Skills Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections. Highly organized and goal-oriented. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Compensation: $20.00 / HR (Paid Weekly)
