We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. Responsibilities Prospect and research new business opportunities within target markets
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other methods to engage potential clients
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies
Provide feedback to improve sales processes and campaign effectiveness
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment goals
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers
Highly organized with attention to detail
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
