Job Title: SDR I Department: Sales Job Summary: Specright is seeking a motivated and ambitious early-career sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving new business by identifying and qualifying opportunities with prospective customers. We're looking for individuals who are eager to launch a career in B2B SaaS sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a growth mindset to every interaction. Top-performing SDRs will have a clear path to becoming Account Executives or advancing into other roles across the organization as we scale. Specright offers cloud-based software (SaaS) for specification data management to Enterprise and Mid-Market level companies with complex needs. Whether it's packaging, formulas, or products, Specright helps companies reduce costs and empower efficiencies by sharing, analyzing and auditing specifications. Responsibilities and Duties Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities at Mid-Market and Enterprise-level companies. Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and others to build and manage high-quality outbound lead lists. Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through structured discovery to assess fit and intent. Communicate the value of Specright's solutions through personalized email outreach, strategic cold calling, and LinkedIn engagement. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to drive pipeline creation and execute targeted account strategies. Conduct thorough research on target accounts and prepare summaries to support AE meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and next steps in Salesforce. Participate in Account Executive meetings, calls, and demos to continuously learn and prepare for a future closing role within the Specright sales organization. Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in a customer-facing or sales-related role (internships included). Exposure to Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred but not required) Familiarity with LinkedIn and other prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo is a plus.
