Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Associate for a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will perform day-to-day sales activities, lead generation, new business development, business planning, and account management.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth
Implement and conduct outbound sales using various channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Contribute to business planning and market analysis
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in sales
Proven track record in meeting sales quotas
Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and effective customer engagement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field from top schools preferred
Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment with cross-functional teams
