Job Overview
As an SDR, you will identify, engage, and qualify potential high-value leads to generate new business opportunities for the sales team. You will focus on strategic accounts, develop outbound strategies, and work closely with marketing and sales leaders to ensure a robust pipeline. Your role requires a strong ability to research, connect with C-level decision-makers, and communicate value propositions that align with business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify leads within target accounts using research, data tools, and outbound campaigns.
  • Strategic Targeting: Focus on enterprise and high-value accounts, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions.
  • Account Research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, industry trends, and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events, to engage potential leads.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize opportunity generation.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Adhere to set internal controls.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years of SDR, business development, or related experience, preferably working with strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong research and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives.
  • Personality Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This job is remote.
Salary range: $72,000 - $78,000 annually
