Qualifications
Education and/or Experience Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, or a high-value consumer product environment
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
The noise level is generally moderate Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems a plus
