What You’ll Do: Develop and manage your sales pipeline through outbound efforts, phone, and email Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team-wide customer satisfaction metrics Use your creativity and closing instincts to negotiate and secure deals Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow proper documentation procedures Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth client experience from first contact to order completion
What You Bring: 3–5 years of sales experience Proven ability to self-start , stay organized, and follow through Strong communication and relationship-building skills A results-driven mindset with flexibility, resiliency, and accountability Highly adaptable, goal-oriented, and ready to grow with a fast-paced team Comfortable using CRM platforms and reporting tools
Schedule & Location:
