Sales Representative – American Fire Shield
Location: North Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (No nights, no weekends)

American Fire Shield is a rapidly growing fire protection company specializing in the installation and service of commercial kitchen hood suppression systems and portable fire extinguishers across North Georgia. What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our expansion efforts, driving growth through direct engagement with potential clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position as our sales team continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct cold walk-ins and field visits to restaurants, hotels, schools, and other commercial businesses.
Client Qualification: Identify and evaluate potential clients, gathering decision-maker information and assessing service needs.
Information Gathering: Collect on-site details (system type, service history, equipment needs) to support accurate quoting and follow-up.
Relationship Building: Develop rapport with owners, managers, and facility directors, positioning AFS as a trusted partner in fire protection.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and client communications in CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Leadership Development: Learn our sales systems and processes with the goal of advancing into a Sales Manager role, leading and mentoring future team members.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred, service or field-based sales a plus).
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Drive: A self-starter with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
Leadership Potential: Ambition to grow into a team leader/department manager.
Industry Knowledge: Fire protection experience is a plus but not required—comprehensive training is provided.
Professionalism: Organized, reliable, and committed to representing the company with integrity.

Earnings:
Base Salary + Commission
On-Target Earnings: $65,000 - $75,000+ / in First Year
Uncapped Commission (substantial growth potential as business expands)
