As a Sales Development Representative with Zoom Home Lending, you will be served with a constant supply of warm leads, meaning you can spend more time speaking with customers and never have to worry about lead-generation. Our Transfer team connects with approximately 200 customers per-day (per person) with the simple goal of establishing interest, and handing-off those customers to a licensed mortgage banker.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
This role does not require any licensing.
Qualifications Comfortable on the phone with excellent communication skills Phone-based Sales or Customer Service Experience (Required) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Knowledge of mortgage industry (Preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities Contact approximately 200 leads per-day to discuss interest / eligibility for various loan products. Connect interested customers with a team of internal mortgage bankers, ensuring a smooth hand-off and exhibiting excellent communication. Develop and Maintain an up-to-date understanding of mortgage products, rates, and industry guidelines. Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction for the client
