The Role
Presidio Director, Cyber Security Sales will be responsible for leading a Team of Security Practice Leads in the Western and Central United States, owning the Area go-to-market strategy, driving overall Cybersecurity sales (consulting and vSOC) and product (market-leading OEM’s/ISV’s) revenue, and optimizing field enablement and engagement. The Sales Leader will engage with the broader Presidio Field Sales and Engineering organizations, as well as other high-growth practice areas, including Cloud and Managed Services. As a Sales Director , you will lead a Team of Security Practice Leads in the Western and Central United States, owning the Area go-to-market strategy, driving overall Cybersecurity sales (consulting and vSOC) and product (market-leading OEM’s/ISV’s) revenue, and optimizing field enablement and engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Lead a Team of highly skilled Security Practice Leads in Area with a focus on stakeholder success
Accelerate security revenue growth and profitability of Presidio Cybersecurity Solutions
Own Area go-to-market strategy with a focus on optimizing Security Practice Lead selling effort
Develop, promote, and track impact of Objectives and Key Results in alignment with Cybersecurity Practice and overall Company Objectives.
Develop, measure, track, interpret, and report relevant metrics for overall Cybersecurity Sales Growth.
Accurately deliver area forecast and pipeline data across services and product portfolio
Develop and cultivate strategic and emerging OEM/ISV Field Leadership relationships
Optimize engagement between OEM/ISV and other business partners and Presidio Field Sales
Prioritize customer pre-sales engagement effort
Develop, prioritize, direct, and deliver sales enablement programs to Presidio Field Sales
Present and articulate Presidio security value proposition to clients (including C-suite, with an emphasis on the CISO) on both a technical and business level
Develop a strong understanding of and ability to present to a C-level, Presidio’s Cybersecurity Services portfolio
Engage with Presidio AVP’s and Sales to proactively establish presence in target client accounts
Demonstrate industry thought leadership to attract clients and grow Presidio’s market reputation in security
Required Skills:
Experience in go-to-market strategy planning and execution
Practical experience in selling Managed Security Services and Cloud Security Services and Solutions highly desirable
Technical knowledge of security solutions across multiple domains such as Network Security, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Governance and Regulatory Compliance
Familiarity with Leading and Emerging OEM/ISV’s across multiple security solutions domains
Relationships with leading Security OEM/ISV Field Sales Leadership preferred
Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices such as ISO, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.
Broad experience and understanding of Cybersecurity trends and the overall security threat landscape
Additional Desired Skills:
+ years in a Leadership role preferred
Working knowledge of top Enterprise businesses and concentration of security spend by region in Western and Central US
Bachelor’s degree in technology or sales related field strongly preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
+ years of experience in IT Security and / or Managed Security Services
