Responsibilities of the Role Oversee multiple fitness studio locations and lead local sales teams
Own revenue goals, customer experience, and retention metrics
Build, coach, and develop high-performing managers across locations
Develop and implement sales processes, operational playbooks, and performance systems
Use data to assess performance, identify gaps, and optimize results
Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, tech, brand) to support studio success
Participate in hiring and evaluate candidate sales abilities
Occasionally support weekend events or special projects
The Ideal Candidate Must be based in Austin, TX
5+ years experience in multi-unit fitness, wellness, or hospitality operations
Has successfully managed $5M+ in revenue across locations
Strategic and execution-oriented, with strong leadership ability
Passionate about health and wellness
Compensation Annual OTE of $150,000, including a $135,000 base salary. Benefits package included.
