What You’ll Do Design and execute sales strategies that grow census across home health and hospice programs. Cultivate lasting relationships with providers, case managers, payors, and healthcare networks. Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed KPIs and company goals. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align community needs with services. Analyze market trends and referral patterns to identify and capture new opportunities.

What You Bring Leadership experience with the ability to coach, recruit, and energize sales teams. A proven track record in healthcare sales (home health and hospice is strongly preferred). Knowledge of hospital systems, referral pathways, and insurance processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset backed by strong business acumen and a data-driven approach. Knowledge of new acquisitions and M&A integrations is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
