Sales Director – Senior Living

HealthCare Support is seeking a Sales Director – Senior Living who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Charlottesville, VA!

Pay Details: $60K – $70K + commission opportunity

Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Daily Responsibilities for Sales Director – Senior Living : Responsible for managing community census by initiating and maintaining relations with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources to generate admissions to the community

Required Qualifications for Sales Director – Senior Living: Bachelor’s degree At least one year of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or real estate Knowledge of the workings and operation of the long-term care industry Genuine interest in caring for seniors or improving the lives of seniors Able to achieve community census goals and annual budget projections.
