Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on new and renewalrevenue, achieving monthly sales quotas and mentoring

The Sales Manager must be comfortable working on sales strategy with the CEO and utilizing dashboards/reports/tracking to present and identify opportunities for growth

The Sales Manager needs to be able to lead and coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery.

They are on a confidential search for a Sales Director to lead and mentor their sales team while growing market share.

Requirements

10+ Years of experience selling IT services, managed services or professional services

3-5+ years of sales management experience

Ideal candidates will have experience selling into the government and an understanding of the government contracting process

Location: Reporting to an office 5 days a week in the South Shore, MA market (Greater Providence, RI / Brockton, MA)
