Base pay range: $115,200.00/yr - $204,240.00/yr

You will:
Develop and implement sales strategies and programs selling Voice, Video, transport, data and managed solutions.
Coach, develop and prepare performance reviews and evaluations for your team.
Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations; you are primarily out in front of clients.
Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders by attending conferences and meetings.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
Experience: Three or more years of telecommunications, ISP and high-speed data experience; Four or more years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment; Ten or more years of general management experience; Direct experience with strategic and major account programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies; Familiar with Salesforce.
Skills: Budgeting, resource management, planning, organizational development and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment requiring change management.
Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred qualifications:
Track record of leading a transactional and complex activities and metric-driven go-to-market sales model.
History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
