IMI Worldwide Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead sales efforts for one of our premier luxury real estate developments. This is an exciting opportunity to represent an exceptional project and work with a world-class team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage on-site sales operations, ensuring team performance and client satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth buyers, brokers, and partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to align project goals. Represent the project with professionalism at events, presentations, and private showings. Qualifications: Proven success in luxury real estate sales leadership (5+ years preferred). Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing high-performing sales teams.
