Position Summary: The Sales Director leads and oversees all revenue-generating activities across the company’s Commercial, Residential, Showroom, and Key Accounts divisions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for setting sales strategy, hiring and managing the sales team, optimizing division coordination, and ensuring performance targets are met. The Sales Director is expected to be a HubSpot power user and performance-driven leader who can mentor, analyze, and scale results.
Direct Reports: Commercial Division. Residential Division. (Senior Sales Executive – Key Accounts). Showroom Division.
Primary Responsibilities: Own companywide sales (commercial, residential, showroom, strategic accounts) and deliver the revenue plan. Set strategy, quotas, KPIs, budgets, and training/enablement programs. Lead division heads and senior sellers; run hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Design fair lead routing and territory/job assignment; ensure seamless cross-division handoffs. Act as a HubSpot power user—enforce CRM hygiene, segmentation, reporting, and forecast accuracy. Partner with the CEO on growth planning and weekly performance reviews; deliver clear reporting/forecasts. Oversee sales assets and campaigns (cut sheets, advertising) with Marketing.
Required Qualifications: 8–10+ years progressive sales leadership in B2B/high-ticket consumer (wellness, real estate, luxury construction). Proven leader of high-performing teams; managed $10M+ annual revenue targets and hit/exceeded plan. Builder of scalable systems: sales process, playbooks, training/enablement, forecasting, and KPIs. Data/CRM driven: HubSpot expert; strong with analytics tools plus MS Office/Google Workspace. Executive-level communicator and coach; develops culture and manages senior sellers. Strategic and analytical planner; comfortable reporting to executive leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; regional travel required. Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits: Base: $110,000. Team attributable revenue target: $6,300,000. Total company revenue goal: $14,000,000. Incentives: Override: 0.75% on team attributable revenue, paid quarterly. Quota bonus: $30,000. Earnings at plan (est.): $110,000 base + $47,250 override + $30,000 bonus. Total compensation: $187,250. Benefits: Medical, PTO, team performance bonuses; company car use or mileage reimbursement.
