Now Hiring: SALES DIRECTOR – Multi-Concept Restaurant Group Location: Atlanta, GA Overseeing: 3 High-Profile Restaurants
Are you a hungry, driven, go-getter who thrives on creating opportunities and exceeding targets? We're looking for a Sales Director to take the lead in growing private dining, events, and corporate sales across three of Atlanta’s most talked-about restaurants.
What You’ll Do: Lead all sales efforts for three unique restaurant concepts. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, planners, and vendors. Drive growth in private dining, large group bookings, and full buyouts. Create and execute targeted sales strategies across multiple locations. Track performance, meet (and exceed) monthly revenue goals. Collaborate with marketing, GMs, and chefs to deliver world-class guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For: Proven track record in hospitality sales (restaurant, hotel, or event space preferred). Strong network in the Atlanta market a huge plus. Must be proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized with a “get it done” attitude. Must thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development. Experience working with or overseeing multiple properties. Working knowledge of restaurant or event operations. Must be a closer with a passion for hospitality.

Salary: Based on experience. This role offers the potential to earn a six-figure income through a combination of base salary and commission.
