Global offices United States | Canada | United Kingdom | United Arab Emirates | India About the role You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing your own book of business. You will be the expert on research & insights solutions. The role will report into the Vice President – Research AI, Global, and work closely with the client service and delivery teams. Responsibilities Prospect and sell C5i solutions and Services to agencies within technology, telecom and media sector, CPG and consulting firms Business development: Consult and educate customers on how C5i can help drive Digital Transformation by leveraging Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence Identify, validate, prospect, engage and close deals along with the support of the larger teams and sales approach in partnership with C5i Forecast, track, and report sales performance to optimize and excel in understanding what are the key drivers for a sale Deliver quarterly and annual goals for North America, within an assigned territory. Provide weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for territory as well as detailed plans to enhance pipeline Experience in selling and/or executing market research studies is preferred Demonstrated ability to help solve client problems Self-motivated personality who feels comfortable with setting and achieving sales goals, and who enjoys selling market research products/services Successful experience working for or calling on Senior stakeholders of Leading Companies and Professional Services Firms Using examples, presentations, case studies and a variety of marketing tools to demonstrate how prospects can benefit Qualifications Experience selling large and complex programs in market research operations, insights, and analytics space. 8+ years as individual contributor with proven sales success Work under minimal supervision on complex programs Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere Experience working in a matrix structure Strong written/verbal communications skills Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships Willingness to operate in Eastern and Central US time zones C5i is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
