Responsibilities Shape and lead the strategy for expanding U.S. market presence, defining sales goals and long-term growth plans. Drive direct sales with large accounts while cultivating partner/channel opportunities to accelerate revenue. Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles—from opportunity identification and ROI selling to negotiation and closing. Build and sustain executive-level relationships that position the company as a trusted, strategic partner. Collaborate with global product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure sales align with product vision and customer needs. Deliver accurate forecasts, share market insights Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Requirements 6+ years of sales experience in the medical devices sector, preferably with capital equipment or advanced medical technologies. Proven track record of driving direct sales with large accounts and developing partner/channel relationships. Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Strong background in executive-level selling, contract negotiation, and ROI/value-based sales. Technically fluent, with the ability to translate advanced technologies into clinical and financial value. Comfortable working in international, matrix, and remote-first environments. Nice to have: existing network within potential clients, and and familiarity with video, wireless, or visualization technologies in healthcare.
