Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain AIDC solution-related customer relationships: plan, expand, and manage customer relationships for clients with AIDC (AI Data Center) solution needs; communicate with key decision-makers to understand long-term development goals and establish cooperative partnerships.
  • Lead the promotion and implementation of AIDC solution projects: supervise cross-functional teams (technical, product, service); develop project promotion strategies and implementation plans; manage bidding projects, including document preparation, technical clarifications, and commercial negotiations; monitor progress and resolve execution issues to advance cooperation with customers.
  • Optimize the quality of AIDC solution transactions: analyze the customer base for potential risks; lead contract negotiations to align terms with company interests and customer needs; track contract performance and ensure successful delivery of AIDC solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement AIDC solution business plans: perform market insights on demand, competition, and technology trends; align with company strategy to set goals and organize business promotion activities; adjust plans as needed based on market changes and project progress.

Qualifications

  • More than 8 years of sales or solution-related experience, with success in selling AIDC or related Data Center solutions; strong customer relationship-building skills and a track record with key AIDC customers.
  • Deep understanding of AIDC technical principles and application scenarios; ability to identify customer pain points and present AIDC solutions effectively.
  • Experience in AIDC project operations: preliminary discussions, demand analysis, solution design, bidding, and implementation supervision; capable of handling most expansion tasks or taking key roles in large, complex projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills; ability to balance company and customer interests and resolve unexpected issues to keep negotiations moving.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronic information engineering, communication engineering, data science, or related fields; preference for language skills (e.g., Japanese, German) to expand international markets.
  • Proficiency in English for working communications with international customers; strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Good teamwork, coordination, and pressure handling; ability to coordinate across departments and work efficiently under tight schedules.

  • Ability to drive project delivery, client development, project docking, and problem solving; capable of independent expansion tasks or leading key roles on major projects.
