The ideal candidate will bring experience from the construction or civil engineering fields and possess strong skills in: Reading and interpreting construction project plans and specifications to complete material takeoffs to generate material quotes. Increasing product approvals & acceptance of J.R. Hoe Products with Architects, Engineers, contractors, distributors within Louisville metro. Representing the company in outside sales situations, including job site visits, client meetings and industry events. Communicating effectively with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams. Managing supply chain and logistics, including procurement of products and coordinating delivery schedules/routes. Providing exceptional customer service and technical support related to product applications and availability. This role requires an  outgoing personality ,  strong interpersonal skills , and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members. This is a fully in-office role based in Louisville, KY.
