Team Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, Sales Enablement in New York to design and lead a modern, AI-first enablement function that scales impact with lean teams. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape how our global customer-facing teams across sales, pre-sales, and account management learn, grow, and perform at their best.
This role sits at the center of our go-to-market strategy, driving onboarding, role readiness, and commercial effectiveness by leveraging the latest enablement platforms and AI-driven coaching tools. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure our teams are equipped, aligned, and continuously improving.
Role Responsibilities
Build and lead a scalable enablement function that leverages AI tools and automation to deliver onboarding, role-based ramp plans, continuous learning, and competency management at scale.
Design, implement, and manage the enablement technology stack, with hands-on use of platforms such as Arist, Uplimit, SalesHood, and MindTickle to drive efficiency and impact.
Develop scalable coaching programs, including AI-powered role plays, automated deal coaching frameworks, and competency-based development pathways.
Translate business priorities into enablement initiatives by partnering with Sales and GTM leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise SaaS methodologies and incentive models.
Create and maintain high-impact enablement resources, including playbooks, product launch toolkits, and continuous skills development content tailored for modern SaaS sales environments.
Act as the operational bridge across Product, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring consistent messaging, seamless execution, and shared accountability for results.
Define and track enablement KPIs, using adoption and performance data to refine strategies and improve commercial effectiveness.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or related commercial functions.
Demonstrates excellent knowledge of AI-powered enablement platforms and how to apply them to scale learning, coaching, and content development.
Shows strong expertise in enterprise SaaS go-to-market models, sales incentive structures, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to design enablement strategies that scale impact with lean teams by leveraging technology to scale the function.
Demonstrates excellence in building and delivering enablement programs, including AI-powered role plays, onboarding, and continuous learning.
Exhibits strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with sales and functional leaders at senior levels
Communicates with clarity and impact, with strong presentation and change management skills to drive adoption across diverse global teams.

Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is $135,000–$155,000, plus a performance-based annual bonus. This range is a general guideline; final offers consider factors such as role scope, candidate experience, internal equity, and market factors.
