Who you are 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a related role Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology industries Familiarity with sales processes, tools, and basic sales methodologies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills What the job involves We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Program Specialist to help improve seller performance, speed up ramp time, and ensure our go-to-market teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed This role is great for someone who enjoys creating structure, collaborating across teams, and helping sales professionals be more effective. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to support training, onboarding, and content management in a high-growth environment Enablement Program Support Help maintain and improve enablement programs that align with sales priorities and goals Assist in developing onboarding and role-based learning programs for various sales roles Support project tracking, timelines, and coordination across enablement initiatives Sales Onboarding & Learning Coordinate onboarding for new hires, making sure they have the resources and training needed to ramp quickly Assist in building learning paths for SDRs, AEs, Sales Engineers, Channel Reps, and Managers Partner with People and Talent teams to align onboarding with broader employee development efforts Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Sales Leadership to identify areas where training and resources can improve performance Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to keep content up-to-date and aligned with go-to-market priorities Content & Tools Management Help develop, organize, and update sales materials such as decks, battlecards, talk tracks, and playbooks Monitor and maintain enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Glean, Outreach) to ensure content is easy to find and current Assist with delivering training sessions, workshops, and product updates Program Tracking & Improvement Help track key metrics like ramp time, win rates, and quota attainment to understand program impact Gather feedback from sales teams to identify ways to improve training and content Benefits Growth Opportunities: Be part of a dynamic and growing team with numerous career advancement opportunities Innovation-Driven Culture: Work in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy the convenience and work-life balance that comes with remote work Inclusive and Diverse Team: We value diversity and promote an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive
