RhiKnows is Rhino Tool House’s AI-powered SaaS platform for large-scale manufacturers. We deliver real-time OEE, predictive maintenance, and quality insights to help our customers boost productivity, cut downtime, and improve quality. We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who can blend technical expertise with consultative sales skills to guide enterprise manufacturers from first conversation to full adoption of RhiKnows.
What You’ll Do
Partner with sales to identify and qualify high-value manufacturing opportunities.
Lead discovery sessions and design tailored RhiKnows solutions.
Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle and early onboarding.
What You Bring
5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related technical sales role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
Experience with SaaS, analytics, or industrial automation solutions.
