Term: Full-time / Direct Hire Location: Hybrid in Bellingham, WA Compensation: Up to $100k base salary + Commission + Corporate Gas/Travel Reimbursements + full benefits

What You’ll Do Develop and present solutions for building automation, HVAC, and plumbing projects Survey client properties, prepare estimates/proposals, and support design-build solutions Collaborate with clients to identify energy savings, LEED, and efficiency opportunities What We’re Looking For 2+ years of technical sales experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/specifications Background in estimating, proposals, or design-build projects Experience with industrial refrigeration, energy savings, or ROI justification is a plus Note: US Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
