This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with technical knowledge of HVAC and building automation systems, who can drive revenue growth while building lasting client relationships. What You'll Do Prospect and develop opportunities with new and existing clients. Manage leads, maintain an active sales pipeline, and meet booking goals. Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to scope projects. Propose solutions for new builds and retrofits that reduce operating and maintenance costs. Prepare and present proposals that stand out in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. What We're Looking For Knowledge of HVAC and building automation systems. Degree in HVAC-R, Mechanical Systems, Electrical, or equivalent experience. Experience in HVAC-R, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems. Strong customer relationship and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of LEED and purchasing agreements a plus. Why Join?
