*About the Role*
· Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business leaders by understanding their needs
· Transform client visions into detailed estimates balancing quality and value
· Manage your own schedule of appointments across local neighborhoods
· Create accurate measurements and project scopes with your eye for detail
· Find solutions that fit our customers' budgets
· Collaborate with painting teams to ensure project success
· Represent our commitment to quality in every interaction
· Develop relationships with designers and contractors for referrals
· Ensure clear expectations between crews and customers
*Qualifications and Previous Experience*
· 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience
· Background in residential services or trades industries preferred
· Painting experience highly valued
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with basic technology tools
· Experience with project estimation or scope development preferred
· Knowledge of Pasadena area and local market beneficial
· Conversational Spanish a plus
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
