Overview Sales Excellence Leader for the US Continuous Process Sales team at Schneider Electric. You will deliver value to the IA Business with our Process Automation expertise, focusing on transformation, innovation, and scalable growth through data-driven capabilities and enhanced customer experiences. Reporting to the Vice President, Continuous Process Sales. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end commercial discipline, oversee sales processes, analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop commercial strategies to enhance sales execution. Provide consistent, scalable, on-demand enablement services to customer-facing professionals and managers to improve productivity and value in every interaction. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; proficiency in data visualization and reporting. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative commercial strategies; strong problem-solving skills for continuous improvement. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management) and to influence stakeholders and drive alignment. Strong business acumen with understanding of industry landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs; ability to align enablement initiatives with business strategies. Travel Available for travel up to 10%. Reporting to Charles Centner - VP Sales, NAM Process Automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a consulting, automation, or services organization. Experience in sales strategy, management or leadership roles; extensive experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales excellence with end-to-end sales process knowledge. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex sales data and make data-driven recommendations. Experience developing and implementing sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to drive sales effectiveness. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels. Strong leadership and people management abilities with a history of building high-performing teams. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and salesforce effectiveness technologies.
