Typical day as a Sales Executive Trainee includes:

Answering Owner questions about properties and amenities

Following up on referrals and leads

Fulfilling Owner requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and information

Monitoring Owner satisfaction and promoting promotions

Maintaining records to support follow-up opportunities

Guest Experience and Standards:

Welcoming and addressing guest needs

Interacting professionally with colleagues and guests

Contributing to team goals

Following company policies and safety procedures

Requirements to become a Sales Executive Trainee:

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Background and drug screening as required

Active and valid Real Estate License if mandated by law

One year of related experience preferred

Ability to perform physical activities including standing, sitting, bending, and lifting
