About Us
Eide Bailly is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Developer passionate about expanding our advisory services in Data Analytics, AI, and Integration. In this crucial role, you’ll focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities that empower mid-market clients to modernize their operations utilizing data platforms, automation, and intelligent analytics.
Your Daily Impact
Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities in data warehouses, analytics, integration (iPaaS), and AI readiness solutions.
Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CFO, COO, VP of Ops, Data Leaders) to identify and address their business needs.
Qualify leads, lead discussions around solutions, and manage sales deals from prospecting through to successful closure.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams (Data & AI, Integration, IT Consulting) to ensure alignment between solution strategy and business value.
Partner with key vendor/channel partners to create joint marketing strategies and source referrals.
Represent Eide Bailly at industry events, partner showcases, client webinars, and demand generation initiatives.
Maintain organized CRM records for tracking pipeline health, opportunity stages, forecast accuracy, and lead quality.
Who You Are
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
You have over 3 years of experience in consultative sales or business development, ideally in analytics, AI, cloud integration, or digital transformation.
You possess a solid understanding of data architectures, ETL/integration platforms, and AI-enabling technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, Boomi, Workato, Power BI, or similar.
You are proficient in conducting executive-level conversations and building trust with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
You have experience collaborating with technology vendors and possess knowledge of co-selling/channel strategies; prior alliance experience is a plus.
You have an understanding of working within a professional services or LLP environment and thrive in a relationship-driven sales model.
You are proactive, organized, and excel in a collaborative team selling environment.
You are open to occasional travel for client meetings, partner events, and firm conferences.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
Exposure to iPaaS tools (Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services).
Understanding of generative AI or machine learning applications for business.
Experience in developing account plans and collaborating cross-functionally with consulting teams.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
Eide Bailly values competitive and equitable pay. Salary ranges are compliant with local and state regulations, with final compensation depending on various factors including geography, experience, education, and skills.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience/location. This position also features a generous commission structure.
