At City Wide Facility Solutions, we don’t just manage buildings—we lead project-driven transformations for commercial clients across nearly 20 high-demand service areas, from janitorial to HVAC, concrete to construction cleanup. We’re looking for a construction-savvy sales pro ready to own the process from first handshake to project launch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a B2B Sales Executive in our Construction & Building Services (CBS) Division, you’ll be the front-line force driving new client acquisition and managing complex, service-based projects. You’ll combine sales excellence with operational insight to deliver custom, scalable solutions that help facilities run smoother, safer, and smarter.
Your day-to-day will include:
Prospecting and networking within the commercial construction and facilities industry
Selling across a range of project categories: flooring, concrete, buildouts, HVAC, painting, disaster recovery, and more
Conducting thorough site assessments and crafting scope-specific proposals
Collaborating with estimators, contractors, and account managers to ensure projects are scoped, priced, and delivered to spec
Tracking opportunities through our CRM, managing pipeline and forecasting accurately
Leading pre-sale planning and post-sale project handoffs to ensure seamless client experience
Following up to drive repeat business and long-term client loyalty
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of B2B outside sales experience—preferably in construction, facility services, or commercial project management
A strong understanding of construction timelines, scopes of work, and contractor coordination
Ability to read clients’ operational needs and build custom project plans that deliver results
Experience selling service-based or construction projects with multiple stakeholders
CRM proficiency and a process-oriented mindset
A self-starter with a hunter’s drive and a team-first attitude
