Responsibilities
Drive Growth : Develop and close new business opportunities across multiple sectors including hospitality, education, healthcare, industrial, retail, and events.
Build Partnerships : Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers, tailoring solutions that align with clients’ operational needs and staffing challenges.
Craft Proposals : Present service offerings that highlight quality, sustainability, and flexibility in both janitorial and staffing.
Expand Accounts : Cross-sell and upsell additional services, identifying ways to provide full-scale solutions to existing clients.
Account Management: Manage and retain existing customer-base by ensuring existing service meets contract and quality standards.
Collaborate Internally : Partner with operations and staffing teams to deliver on commitments and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay Ahead : Monitor market trends in commercial services and staffing, keeping strategies competitive and relevant.
Pipeline Ownership : Manage the sales funnel end-to-end, with accurate forecasting, reporting, and results tracking.
Requirements Qualifications
Proven Sales Background : 2+ years in B2B sales within commercial services, staffing, or related industries.
Relationship Builder : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create trust and long-lasting client connections.
Solutions Mindset : Skilled at problem-solving and designing client-centered service packages.
Polished Communicator : Confident in presenting, negotiating, and writing proposals.

Dependability: Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Transportation : Has reliable means of transportation.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience with commercial cleaning services or the janitorial industry.
Established network within hospitality, industrial, or institutional facilities.
CRM experience for managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales.
