Your Role
Lead strategic sales initiatives for engineering services across technology platforms, ISVs, and SaaS clients.
Build and expand trusted relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on long-term value creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and innovative solutions.
Drive multi-tower sales pursuits in partnership with other business units across the organization.
Engage with senior client stakeholders (VPs, CXOs) to understand their challenges and co-create impactful solutions.
Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Manage account delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement. Your skills and experience
10+ years of experience in business development or account management, with a focus on engineering or product development services.
Background in engineering required; MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
Proven success in selling to or partnering with technology companies, including experience with executive-level stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
Experience working in global delivery models and navigating complex organizational structures.
Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
