We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.ResponsibilitiesWhat will you be doing?Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence)Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV.Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies.Attend one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week.Perform all other reasonable requests by management.QualificationsTo fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:Valid Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Florida PreferredPrevious sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or vacation ownership industriesMinimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record.Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).High School diploma or equivalent.
