Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industrys most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the worlds top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Success comes from building long-lasting, service-focused client relationships and by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using our proprietary analytics tools and reporting capabilities. You will build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations. We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge to build market credibility and achieve career success. You will also learn digital marketing and sales skills by collaborating with internal industry experts, product marketing, and product management specialists. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development Using CoStar Groups extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends within your market territory. Customer Focus Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Travel Build strong client relationships and prospect through regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and could extend beyond the driving radius of your office location.
Basic Qualifications Completed bachelors degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer-focused approach. Current and valid drivers license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications Experience building long-term relationships and partnerships with senior/C-Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date. Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment; self-starter who can work in a team and independently.
