This position will support Heartland and Vetland Medical, a subsidiary of Prescott's, Inc. We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive - Medical Equipment who has a strong passion for healthcare innovation and outstanding sales skills. In this position, you will be tasked with creating and implementing strategies aimed at boosting sales and expanding the market share of our medical equipment products in specified territories. Your goal will be to strengthen our current relationships while identifying and developing new business prospects. This role requires establishing solid connections with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions through Prescott’s portfolio of medical devices and services, focusing on anesthesia equipment sales. The ideal candidate should be a strategic, results-oriented professional who possesses extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to customer success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on features, benefits, and value propositions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and other key decision-makers. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements. Provide ongoing account management, including post-sale support and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to align on customer needs and market trends. Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform sales strategy. Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership. Represent Prescott’s at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-up on all sales activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices. Requirements Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably medical device sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving targets. Knowledge of the medical device industry and selling medical equipment or related products is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel within the assigned region, up to 60% travel. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
