We are seeking a Sales Executive with direct experience selling legal services to law firms — preferably court reporting or litigation support services.

This is a growth-focused role designed for someone who understands the legal services industry and knows how to successfully build and expand relationships within law firms.

Responsibilities Develop new business within law firms and legal departments Sell court reporting and deposition services to litigation teams Build long-term relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and firm administrators Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement Expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities Negotiate pricing and service agreements Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue goals Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery Required Qualifications Experience selling legal services (required) Court reporting or litigation support sales experience (strongly preferred) Demonstrated success selling to law firms Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently Preferred Experience xsgimln Existing relationships within the legal community Background in deposition services or court reporting sales Experience working with CRM systems Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary + commission structure Performance-driven earning potential Support from an established national operations team If you have experience selling legal services and understand how to position court reporting solutions to law firms, we encourage you to apply.
