As its newest division, Clark National Accounts has been charged with further expanding the reach of Clark's products and services through the strategic application of technology and innovation. Our team’s overarching goal is to provide creative and effective solutions to the unique needs and challenges of the senior living industry as it relates to the sourcing of over 500K products across multiple categories that are required to run their day-to-day operations. We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This is a new business development role (hunter) focused on closing enterprise-level deals and building long-term, strategic relationships within the senior living industry . We are actively hiring for this position and will close immediately upon hiring the ideal candidate.
As a key player in our sales team, you will embody our core values by leading with integrity, driving innovation, taking ownership, and pursuing excellence. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and foster invested partnerships.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring that new partnerships are successfully onboarded and nurtured. Reporting to the Director of Partnership Development, you will work closely with Account Management, Procurement, Data & Analytics, and Marketing to support the long-term success of our clients.
Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing new accounts nationwide
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to identify and secure high-value partnerships
Conduct market research to uncover industry trends and new business opportunities
Foster relationships with decision-makers within the senior living industry
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to expand the company’s market presence
Collaborate with industry vendors and manufacturers
Work closely with internal teams to onboard and support new partners
Lead sales meetings using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growth
Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and regularly update CRM systems
5+ years of B2B sales or supply chain management experience and a proven track record of hunting and closing enterprise-level accounts within senior living
This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
Familiarity with the processes and protocols of the senior living industry
Has familiarity with various procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, Ariba SAP, RedRock, Oracle)
Is proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level decision-makers
Can thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced environment
Is a proactive leader, mentor, and creative problem solver who drives continuous improvement
